We have prepared the villa for you with a lot of love. A spacious garden with a large, optionally heated private pool invites you to linger and relax. The beautiful shady terrace with an antique dining table and a large stone grill gives you space for cozy evenings.

The house is laid out over 3 levels and is ideal to accommodate 2 families or a group of up to 8 +2 guests. It is possible to separate the 2 living areas so that the families have their privacy. In this case, half of the upper floor and the second floor could be reached via a separate entrance with the rustic stone staircase. If you want to use the entire house together, the residential units are connected via the room on the upper floor. All rooms are heated and air conditioned. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet.

Of course, guests have access to a free internet connection and satellite TV. For your safety, all bedrooms are equipped with smoke detectors. The fireplace rooms are equipped with CO detectors.
The Villa
The historic villa has a spacious garden with many plants and herbs. The house is quietly located in the beautiful Mekisi, not far from Porec in the gourmet region of Istria - surrounded by olive plantations in the wine-growing region. The property has been left in its historic style. The restoration has received the contemporary state.

When you enter the house on the ground floor, you find yourself directly in the rustically and authentically furnished living room. The living room has a fireplace, satellite TV, air conditioning and plenty of seating for cozy evenings.

From the living room you can reach the kitchen via 4 steps and the upper floor via the attached staircase. There is also access to the toilet.
The kitchen
the Kitchen is on the ground floor. The kitchen is accessible from the living room and from the garden/terrace accessible. The lovingly furnished kitchen has a dining table for 8 people. The work area has 4 hobs with an extractor hood, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave and a Dishwasher. The kitchen is also otherwise well equipped and has acoffee machine, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, knife block with sharp knives, cookware, as well as a generous number of crockery, glasses and cutlery.

Of course, we also provide you with consumables such as dishwasher tabs, paper towels and washing-up liquid.

Hallway on the first floor
Via the stairs you reach the hallway on the first floor. From there you have access to the single room, the main bathroom and a double room.
Single room on the first floor
The cozy single room can be reached directly from the hallway. The room has shutters that allow darkening for a restful night's sleep. The room is air conditioned and has a heater.
Main bathroom on the first floor
The light-flooded, heated main bathroom has a beautiful view of the wonderful garden. It is equipped with a toilet, a shower cubicle, a sink, a mirror cabinet, a hair dryer and a washing machine. Laundry baskets are available for your used laundry. During your stay you can clean your laundry very easily. We also provide you with the detergent free of charge. Of course there are also drying racks for drying the laundry, as well as an iron and an ironing board.
Double room on the first floor
The double room on the first floor offers a comfortable place to sleep for 2 guests. The room is accessible from the hallway on one side and from the fireplace room on the other side accessible and forms the connection between the two living areas, which can be separated by an antique wrought iron gate if desired. The room is equipped with shutters, heating and air conditioning and is right next to the bathroom.
The fireplace room on the first floor
The fireplace room can be accessed directly from the outside or via the double room and leads to the second double room on the first floor and to the staircase to the second floor. The comfortably furnished room has a Romanesque fireplace, an infrared cabin and a TV with satellite reception. The two comfortable armchairs invite you to a relaxing evening by the fireplace and a glass of wine.
Double room on the first floor
The romantic bedroom on the first floor is furnished with antique furniture and offers a comfortable place to sleep for restful nights. The room is entered through a rustic double wing door. It is equipped with shutters, heating and air conditioning. A garden-facing window offers a wonderful view of the garden and the pool.
The room has its own small bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Twin room on the second floor
The staircase with a wrought iron railing leads to the twin bedroom on the second floor. In addition, the room has a closet and seating. It has heating and air conditioning. The bathroom is right next to the room.
Bathroom on the second floor
The bathroom belonging to the twin bedroom can be reached from the hallway. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, shower cubicle, bidet and washing machine. The room has heating and 2 windows.
Double room on the second floor
The double room on the 2nd floor is furnished in a rustic, authentic style and has a comfortable double bed. For optimal comfort in all seasons, the room has heating and air conditioning. The two windows have shutters and allow a great view of the property.
The bedroom has its own bathroom, which is only accessible through room .
Bathroom on the second floor
The bathroom, which is exclusively accessible from the double room, is equipped with a toilet, a washbasin and a shower cubicle. The bathroom has a window and heating.
Terrace
The beautifully landscaped covered terrace is located at the back of the villa and offers a wonderful view of the garden and the pool. Here is an antique table with enough space for 8 people. The spacious stone grill invites you to grill
Private pool
A private pool is available to guests in the summer months. The spacious private pool leaves nothing to be desired. Whether splashing around with the family, jumping into the refreshing water or relaxing under the parasol. If desired, a pool heater can be booked. The well-tempered water also allows pleasant bathing fun in colder temperatures.
